This Food Safety Level 1 course is part of the Induction Programme for all new employees. There is a legal requirement for Food Safety Level 1 to be completed within 4 weeks of starting work.

All employees should complete relevant Manual Handling training as soon as they
start. This is important to protect the employee from potential injury and to
comply with Health and Safety regulations. We have developed an on line training
course to help ensure the theoretical aspects can be completed in an expedient
manner.
Importantly all employees will still need a recap and to observe face to face Manual Handling demonstrations and complete Manual Handling assessments with a qualified
instructor. Some stores will have their own qualified instructor and so may avail
of the training without assessment. However if you have no Manual Instructor in
