The UTP Regulations apply to purchases of agri-food products you make from suppliers that you deal with and pay directly who are in a smaller turnover tier than you.  The Regulations do not apply to your purchases from Musgrave.  The Regulations prohibit 10 practices out-right and allow a further 6, subject to their being clear and unambiguous agreement beforehand between buyers and suppliers.

 You need to take action to comply with the UTP Regulations which will be fully in force from 28 April 2022, by which time you must be fully compliant.

This is an interactive session where the store can gain knowledge and tips in different areas surrounding the baby section and ask questions to the experts in this field.

To enable the interactive session, questionnaires will be given out to the stores to see what they understand or enable them to ask questions anonymously.
